The PTA Committee have been busy planning for the Winter Fair which will take place on Friday 15th December 5.30-7.30pm at the school and hope you will be able to attend.
To help support us with this event we are asking for donations for the tombola, which is always a hit! Please donate whatever you feel is appropriate but no alcohol. The more items we receive, the more money we can raise in support of the school.
We are also looking for donations of chocolate for our ‘Chocolate coin toss’ game which has been extremely popular at the last couple of fairs!
Donations can be brought into your child’s class anytime up until the day of the fair. The class with the greatest number of donations will receive an extra break-time to play outside.
Another stall we are hoping to run will be a cake sale and will be sending cake plates home. If you would like to bring cakes into school on the Friday that would be great and they can also be brought along to the fair.
Please note that you are not under any pressure to donate anything and it will not be monitored but we do appreciate any support you are able to give.
If you are able to help out on the day of the fair please do drop us an email, the more volunteers we have then the more stalls we are able to run, which in turn helps to raise more funds for the school.
