We are taking part in a Year 4 Mini-Olympics at Cambridge University Athletics Track on Tuesday 19th June 2012.  The main theme of the day is full participation, exercise and having fun!.

The children need to arrive at school at 8.50am please.  It will be the school bus taking us to Cambridge, so Hilton children can come to school on the bus as usual.  We will be back for the normal end of school day at 3.20pm.

Our school is a member of the South Cambs School Sports Partnership and as part of our strategy to raise the profile of competitive sport within our school we have entered three girls teams and three boys teams into the Cambridgeshire Primary Schools Cross Country 4 X 1200m Relay Championships.  The event will take place on Thursday 29th March 5.00pm to 6.30pm at Priory Park, St Neots.  The event is being hosted by Priory Junior School.

On Friday 23rd March 2012 we raised £131.40 for Sport Relief by walking/running a mile around the school field.

This year's Sports Day was held on Tuesday 5th July 2011.  KS1 completed their races in the morning and KS2 in the afternoon. 

On Thursday 30th June Year 5 have been invited to spend the morning at Swavesey Village College to participate in a Mini Olympics sporting event with other schools in the cluster.  This is an annual event which the pupils really enjoy.
