Dear Parents and Carers

PTA End of Year Summary

As last Saturday marked the final PTA event for the school year, I wanted to take a moment to summarise the year and highlight the PTA's achievements, and importantly thank the PTA members, teachers, parents and carers for their contribution, without which the PTA would not be able to do the following:

Summer Fayre

Thank you for all your support with the summer fayre, the children had a really fun time and we makde a fantastic £1,718 which is 30% increase on last year's events!  We have already initiated buying more computers, some of which will be here early next month.

Events run and items purchased this academic year:

Fringe in the Fen Crafts and Face Painting

During the last school year these events raised a total of £5,229 and we thank all parents, carers and their families for their support and generosity.  The PTA works closely with the school to identify new items/projects which the PTA can fund.  This included:

15 new computers (5 already here and 10 on order)

4 Computer Workstations

Dazzle 3 Art Software

Outdoor Play Equipment for play times

Complete set of Recorders for KS2

Y6 Autograph Books

Reception Rucksacks

PTA AGM

Our AGM will be held in school on Tuesday 20th September at 7.30pm and we would like to invite all parents and carers to attend. 

Without the PTA organising these events the school would not be able to purchase these additional items, we would not be able to do it without your support and if you would like to get involved or would like to know more, we welcome you along to the AGM.
