Octagon Cluster Project

January 2011

The whole school are currently involved in an Octagon Logo Competition, School Council representatives will be speaking to their classes this week during Class Council sessions about the project.

Mrs Gill and our two ICT Diversity representatives will be meeting with the other 7 schools shortly to decide upon our final Logo which will eventually go onto the Starz website.

JUNE 2010 - OCTAGON CLUSTER PROJECT

We are working with other school councils in our Cluster to improve community cohesion by planning and implementing projects together. We had a huge event when we all met up to discuss what we would like to do as a joint venture to help all our schools work more closely and cohesively. Ideas included a talent show, joint PGL and picnics. Mrs Downing will work with the School Council and other Link Teachers across the cluster to make these ideas come to fruition. Watch this space for new developments in the Octagon project as they unfold.
