Family Homework Challenge
Who do you think you are?
Are you fascinated by the TV programme "Who do you think you are?"Where are your family's roots?
Which countries or counties did your ancestors live in?
Have you got any pictures or artefacts from your family past?
We will be exploring Diversity in Britain and "Say No to Bullying" as part of our Personal, Health and Social Education this term.
The challenge is to research your family tree, find out as much as you can, go back as far in time as you wish, and then present your findings in any way you wish. This could be a dance, a song, a photo album, a piece of music, a poster, a model, a story, a poem; the list is endless.
Be as creative as you like. We will be starting off the topic with a display in the entrance hall and would love to see the product of your labour just after half term.
We will display the work in the Central Area during Parent Consultation times. We are always stunned by the creativity of the products of these homework tasks and the children enjoy collaborating with their parents and carers with this.
